Orders and payments

  • You can contact us by sending us an email at info@aeolisskincare.com or call us at (+30) 6938 412 533.

  • A tracking code for your order will be sent to you after your order has been processed.

  • Temporarily, we ship orders domestically to Greece and internationally to the following countries:

    Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye & Ukraine.

  • Contact us on info@aeolisskincare.com with your issue together with photos if needed and your receipt of purchase.

  • The amount is 25€ and only for customers ordering within Greece.

  • Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or Paypal

  • Restrictions by customs services may apply depending on country of delivery. Depending on distance, a parcel may change a few different carriers and any delays cannot be determined in advance. Delivery times are given as an indication and depend on local conditions and events. Delayed shipping costs cannot be reimbursed by aeolis. Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 2 days after placement. For weekends or holidays, the order will be dispatched the next working day. Any customs charges are your responsibility for goods delivered outside the European Union.

  • Yes, our packaging is recyclable.  PET, PP and PE plastic, amber glass and FSC certified paper.

  • Yes! Our products aren’t tested on animals. All our products are vegan except for bee ingredients in Urea foot cream which contains beeswax.

  • Yes. You will find the panel on the website header, on the top right corner.

  • You can fill the appropriate form on the pop-up on the header.
