SHIPPING & RETURNS
Product Tax
All product prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes but exclude shipping costs. Your total order cost includes product prices plus shipping, calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes.
For orders placed from Greek islands or territories with a reduced VAT, please place order via email at info@aeolisskincare.com
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Domestic orders (within Greece) are shipped via ACS. International orders are shipped via FedEx.
Temporarily, we internationally ship to the following countries: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye & Ukraine.
Once the package leaves our store, it is under the responsibility of the courier, and it is the recipient's responsibility to receive the package.
If the courier cannot find you at the delivery address, you will receive a message or a delivery note with instructions for redelivery or collection. After three failed attempts to deliver or arrange a pickup, the package will be returned to Aeolis, and you will be refunded for the order, excluding shipping costs.
During promotions, sales, or holidays, shipping times may be extended by 5 to 10 business days.
Payments
Credit Card
Purchasing by credit card on our website is secure, with all transaction details encrypted. Your billing address and name must match those on the card. If your card is declined, your order will not be completed, and an error message will be displayed.
Returns and Exchanges
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
All products are shipped in perfect condition. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the damage. We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund.

Defective Products
If you discover a defect within 14 days of receiving your product:
Return the product for inspection.
If the defect is confirmed as our responsibility, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund, including shipping costs.
We are not liable for damages caused by normal wear and tear, mishandling, or packaging removal.
